Designed locally by Charles McLaren Architect Ltd. it is comprised of 2 commercial spaces on the ground floor and 16, elevator serviced, residential units on the upper 3 floors. The design is highly energy efficient with R28 "strapped walls" and triple pane windows. One of the many unique features will be secure, heated indoor parking which is a first for a building of this nature in Whitehorse.
